Program is a term used to describe the required functions, objectives and conditions of a project, usually defined by a client and delivered to the designer at the onset of a project. Although it is typically the role of the client to provide the Program for a project, we do offer the additional service of assisting our clients in developing their program if assistance is needed.

Site Analysis + Planning

Site Analysis & Planning is the exercise of examining the various conditions of a site and their impact on the initial project program and objectives of a project. Typically this involves a spatial analysis of a project’s program, where spatial site concepts are explored in order to fully understand the physical opportunities and constraints that a site presents.

Cabinet + Millwork Design

Custom Cabinet & Millwork design is provided to ensure that the nature of all permanently constructed elements of a project are of the same quality, character, and style of a project.

Feasibility Studies

A Feasibility Study determines the extent of what is physically possible on a site. It begins with an in depth evaluation of all applicable codes and regulations and their impact on a particular site and project scope.

Architectural Design

Architectural Design is the process of developing a project from a concept in the Schematic Design phase to working construction drawings in the Construction Documents phase.

Hardscape + Pool Design

Hardscape & Pool design involves exploring & developing exterior spaces to ensure maximum functionality, complimentary styling, and intentional usability of exterior living space.

Entitlement + Permit Processing

Entitlement & Permit Processing is the act of obtaining the required agency approvals for a project. This service involves the responsibility of identifying the path for such processes and facilitating the submittal, review, and approval required for a specific project.

Interior Design + Specification

Interior Design & Specification is the process of developing the materials palette and product specifications as needed to realize the character of a project’s style and quality.
